The Storm Master Gutters Foundation works to enhance the lives of our employees, their families and the communities where we live and work. We are working to build a better tomorrow today by framing futures, building homes and fostering communities. Foundation programs include scholarships, financial assistance and matching grants among others. All Storm Master Gutters employees are eligible to apply for Foundation programs after 1 full year of employment.

At Storm Master Gutters, we believe that your financial wellbeing matters. Truist Momentum: Installing Financial Confidence is a free online financial education program to help you achieve financial wellness and reach your goals. After 6 months of service, all installers (regardless of income) and all other employees who earn $60,000 or less each year are eligible to earn a $1,000 incentive for completing the program.

Safety is our first priority. Lead With Safety is Storm Master Gutters way of keeping safety at the front of our employees minds all day, every day. Our best-in-class Risk Department works to provide all of our employees with the training they need to stay safe. That training includes weekly toolbox talks, quarterly safety focus initiatives and Safety Excellence Awards.

As a thank you when the company meets its annual performance goals, we grant restricted stock units to qualifying, long-term, dedicated employees to celebrate every 10 years of their employment with Storm Master Gutters. If and when you qualify Once you complete your 10 years with Storm Master Gutters, you will receive detailed information on the program.
